If you search for Alistrol online, you may come across articles from 2012 about a warning letter the U.S. Food and Drug Administration sent to our company. I want to explain it to you directly.
What happened
On June 26, 2012, FDA sent us a warning letter about how we described Alistrol and some of our other products on our websites, social media and printed materials. FDA's concern was our wording. Some of our statements and customer testimonials described our supplements in ways that only approved drugs are allowed to use.
What we changed
We took that letter seriously and changed how we talk about our products:
- We removed the wording FDA identified from our websites, social media and printed materials.
- We no longer publish testimonials about blood pressure readings or stopping medication.
- Every product page, label and ad is now reviewed before it's published to make sure it describes what our formulas support, not what they treat.
Alistrol today
Alistrol is made in Canada and registered by Health Canada as a natural health product (NPN 80047013). It's formulated by our Chief Scientific Formulator, Dr. Stacey Miller, ND, with hawthorn, garlic, holly leaf, daikon radish seed and fulvic minerals to support healthy blood pressure and heart health as part of a healthy lifestyle.

We've been making natural health products since 2009, and we'd rather tell you about our past ourselves than have you find it on your own. If you take prescription medication, please talk to your doctor before starting Alistrol, and never stop or change a medication without your doctor's advice.
