CLE Holistic Health and Alistrol.com are committed to maintaining strict product quality, safety, and handling standards for all customers.

By placing an order through Alistrol.com, customers acknowledge and agree to the following Return Policy.

 

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 90-day return policy from the date of order receipt.

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in original resalable condition
  • Return requests must be submitted within 90 days of the original order receipt date
  • Proof of purchase and original order information must be provided
  • Customers must first obtain written return authorization from CLE Holistic Health prior to returning any item

Returns sent without authorization may be refused or discarded.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Partially used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Complimentary or promotional products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Shipping and handling charges
  • Customs duties, brokerage fees, import taxes, or border charges

For health, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, opened supplement products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

 

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs
  • Proper packaging of returned items
  • Ensuring returned items are delivered successfully
  • Any tracking or insurance associated with the return shipment

CLE Holistic Health and Alistrol.com are not responsible for lost, delayed, refused, damaged, or undelivered return shipments.

 

4. Inspection & Approval Process

All returned products are subject to inspection upon arrival.

CLE Holistic Health reserves the right to deny any return or refund request if:

  • The product has been opened or used
  • The returned item is not in resalable condition
  • The return falls outside the permitted return window
  • The return violates any condition of this policy

Refund eligibility is determined solely at the discretion of CLE Holistic Health in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

 

5. Processing, Restocking & Administrative Fees

CLE Holistic Health and Alistrol.com reserve the right to deduct reasonable:

  • Administrative fees
  • Restocking fees
  • Payment processing fees
  • Transaction fees
  • Inspection and handling fees
  • Shipping and fulfillment costs

from any approved refund where permitted by applicable law.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

All orders are shipped from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been issued, CLE Holistic Health and Alistrol.com are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • International customs inspections
  • Border clearance delays
  • Import processing delays
  • Weather disruptions
  • Delivery interruptions outside our control
  • Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

 

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact CLE Holistic Health customer support prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

By purchasing through Alistrol.com, customers acknowledge and accept this Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms of Use.

The following do not constitute valid grounds for a chargeback:

  • Product dissatisfaction
  • Delayed or gradual results
  • Failure to read product instructions
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Customs or border delays
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Failure to follow the Return Policy

CLE Holistic Health reserves the right to dispute all fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks and submit supporting evidence including delivery confirmation, tracking information, customer communications, and website policy acceptance records.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in denial of future purchases and additional recovery actions where permitted by law.

 

8. No Guarantee of Results

Due to individual biological differences, lifestyle factors, medical history, and product compliance, CLE Holistic Health and Alistrol.com do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

Individual customer experiences and testimonials are not guarantees of future performance.
